  • Mr. Mate Suhas (President)
    He is basically a qualified engineer. B.E (Electronics & Telecommunications) from COEP. Advanced Diploma in Japanese from the University of Pune. JLPT level 2. Recipient of the "Study Tour Award" of Japan Foundation. Participated in Teachers Training Program of Japan Foundation. He was teaching Japanese at University of Pune for about 8 years. He is participating in various activities of JALTAP for last 16 years. 


  • Ms. Kowley Sanjeevani (Secretary)
    B.Sc. Microbiology. Advance Diploma in Japanese, University of Pune. Teaching Japanese language since 1992. Corporate trainer.


  • Mr. Warunkar D. S. (Vice-President)
    Retired Officer from Department of Culture, Government of Maharashtra. Diploma in Japanese Language from University of Pune. JLPT Level 3. Related with JALTAP since year 2000. Certificate in Russian Language from University of Pune. Owns a software Company (Alpha Sapience India) related to SAP field.

Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2. Japanese Language Teacher, Interpreter and Translator. Translated Japanese story books. Founder Member of Japanese Language Teachers Association, Pune.


  • Ms. Kondvikar Varsha ( Joint Secretary)
    Master’s degree in English Literature and Advanced Diploma in Japanese language. JLPT Level 1and JETRO Business Japanese Test Level J2. Teachers Training Scholarship by the Japan Foundation. Designed a course for teaching Business Japanese during this training. Taught in Department of Foreign Languages University of Pune as contributory teacher from 1994 to 2005 and has been in the field of training, translations and interpretations in Japanese language since 1994. In 1997, started Japanese language institute ‘Transjap Services’.


  • Ms. Musale Amruta (Member)
    Advanced Diploma in Japanese Language. JLPT level 2. Presently working as a Freelancer and a Corporate Trainer. Conducting coaching classes for JLPT. Owns a firm Sakura Translation Services and Training Centre.
